    Wellcome Trust/Royal Society Sir Henry Dale grant success

    Our lab has secured funding for the project "Translational control of neuronal mRNAs in autism spectrum disorders". We will apply diverse biochemical and electrophysiological imaging and behavioural approaches in transgenic rodents to elucidate the neurobiological basis of phenotypes reminiscent of autism. By studying the neurobiological underpinnings of autism, we aim to identify novel therapeutic avenues.
